Tell us more about what you do

I’m a woman of many interests, skills, and passions. I’m also trying to be the best mom and role model to our three little ones. We are ever-changing and adapting to the world around us and our special needs.

What projects are you working on right now?

I am currently working on refinishing an old dresser, for my daughter’s room.

What are your favorite charities?

My favorite charities are the Desmoid Tumor Research Foundation, Lucky Fin Project, and Headbands of Hope.

Why was this photoshoot important to you?

This photoshoot was a wonderful gift that helped me reset, revive and motivate myself.  It not only helped me to try new things that aren’t in my comfort zone but made me feel the necessity of investing in one’s self.

By embracing, celebrating, and loving myself, it will also teach my children that they are amazing, unique, and powerful. It’s healthy to play dress up and have fun! Hopefully, we can abolish the limitations we put on ourselves and the projections we put on others. We need to stop judging!

What drew you to Felicia Reed?

Her artistic eye, the array of clients, and her relatability.

What was your experience working with her?

Felicia was fun, real, and inspiring.

What was your favorite photo?

I loved many but the one where we danced, makes me smile inside!

How has the experience with Felicia Reed now changed the way you see yourself?

It helped me to recognize and reconnect with the passions and talents I have, and the beauty that we all possess.

What was the biggest takeaway from your photoshoot?

If you’re willing to just say “yes,” be open, and put good energy into the world, God will put you where you’re meant to be!

What advice would you give other women?

See yourself through the eyes of your children or your parents. Be no one but your best self!
