The Trip That Reminded Me Why Women Deserve Luxury: My Journey Through Thailand
I just returned from one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life—Thailand.
A journey filled with beauty, culture, adventure, and moments that took my breath away in ways I didn’t even expect.
But more than the sights, it reminded me of something important: what it feels like to be fully taken care of.
Before we dive into the adventures, let’s start with the way it began.
When we landed, a gentleman stood at the airport holding a sign with my name on it. He escorted us with ease, and from that moment forward, everything was handled. Five-star hotel. Signature welcome drinks. Personalized gifts waiting for us in our rooms. VIP drivers. No lines. No guessing. No stress.
Just… luxury.
And as I moved through each moment, I kept thinking:
This is what women deserve.
This is what we work so hard for.
This is what it feels like to be supported at the highest level.
Now—let me take you through some of my favorite moments from this magical trip.
Ma Doo Bua Café — A Fairytale Morning on Giant Lily Pads

One of my dream experiences was being photographed at Ma Doo Bua Café, surrounded by those breathtaking giant lily pads.
Tip for fellow travelers:
Get there before they open. They’ll give you a number, and that number determines your place in the ticket line once they officially open. Your whole group is assigned the same number, so no one gets split up. It’s organized, calm, and totally worth it.
The photos… magical.
It felt like stepping into a world where time slows down, and beauty just wraps around you.
Island Hopping in Phuket — Beaches, Lagoons, and Pure Wonder

This day was everything:
- Maya Bay (just… wow)
- Phi Phi Ley, including Pi Leh Lagoon and Viking Cave
- Phi Phi Don, where we stopped at Monkey Beach
- Turquoise water so clear you could see straight to the bottom
- Views that feel like they’re from another planet
This part of the trip reminded me of the power of getting away—of letting nature reset you, hold you, and remind you how big the world truly is.
Karon Viewpoint, Wat Cha Long Temple, and Our Night at Yona Beach Club

We explored the Karon Viewpoint, which gave us a panoramic moment I’ll never forget. From there, we could see the stunning Big Buddha in the distance, but we weren’t able to visit because the site was closed due to recent landslides. Even still, the view alone was worth the trip.
We then visited Wat Cha Long Temple, a place that felt sacred and grounding. The energy there was peaceful and strong at the same time.

We ended our last night in Phuket at Yona Beach Club—a floating beach club where we danced, laughed, and soaked in the moment. The perfect sendoff before heading to Chiang Mai.

Chiang Mai — Elephants, Temples, and One of the Most Meaningful Days of My Life
After flying into Chiang Mai, we visited Chai Lai Orchid, an elephant sanctuary that protects and supports rescued elephants. Being that close to such massive, gentle, soulful creatures was life-changing.

Then came Wat Pha Lat Temple, tucked in the mountains, peaceful and quiet, overlooking all of Chiang Mai. I felt like I could exhale there.

But one of the most impactful experiences was visiting and volunteering at Agape Home, an orphanage where our group spent time with the children, learned about their mission, and witnessed the heart, dedication, and love behind their work.
Before we arrived, we made sure to bring what was most needed—diapers, milk, spices, rice, oil, and other essential supplies. Playing with the kids, delivering these items, and seeing their smiles was deeply grounding. It reminded me why giving back is woven into everything I do.

The Lantern Festival — A Dream Years in the Making
This was the moment I had been waiting for.
Dressed in all white, standing at The Royal Chiang Mai Golf Resort, preparing to release lanterns into the sky… it was surreal.
Hundreds of glowing lanterns drifting upward, carrying prayers, intentions, and hopes. Mine included.
It was peaceful, emotional, and everything I imagined it would be.
