The Empower Over 40 Campaign is Changing the Narrative

Looking Back

I recently had the opportunity to reconnect with the women from my 40 Over 40 2022 campaign during our gala at the W Hotel. It was incredible!

As someone who has often felt like my age was a barrier to success, it was incredibly validating to see so many women who share the same sentiment and be reminded just who they are! In addition, seeing so many other women doing amazing things in their 40s, 50s, and beyond was inspiring.

During the photoshoots, I met women from all walks of life who were pursuing their passions and making a difference in their communities. Some were entrepreneurs, others were activists, and many were mothers and caregivers. But all shared a sense of purpose and determination that was truly inspiring.

The photoshoots themselves are a fun and joyful experience for everyone who participates. We laugh, dance, and pose for the camera. It feels like we are all part of a sisterhood. Seeing the final photos is always a real thrill, and it’s incredible to see these women looking strong and confident.
