Happy vaccine season, friends!
I don’t know about you, but I am thrilled to see the light at the end of the tunnel of all this COVID business. Even still though, with new variants of the disease and herd immunity still not achieved, it is incredibly important to us at Felicia Reed Photography to remain clean and health-conscious.
So in case Covid was preventing you from booking a session, I wanted to write a little today about what precautions we’re (still) taking to make sure our clients have the safest and most luxurious photoshoot. Here’s how it all goes down.
1.) Everyone wears a mask.
Including me, your makeup artist, and my assistant! Since masks are up to 95% efficient in stopping the spread, this is something we take very seriously.
2.) We only take one client per day.
Covid droplets can live in the air for up to 3 hours, so instead of taking multiple clients a day in different time slots, we decided to only host one client per day. That way, you can rest assured that you won’t be walking into a space with contaminated air!
3.) Deep cleaning after each client.
We don’t rely solely on air ventilation on its own, though. Another reason we only take one client a day is so that we have enough time to deep clean the space in between every single one.
4.) Lots and lots of hand sanitizer!!!
In fact, my hands are a little dry because of it, but better dry hands than a dry cough! We provide you with all the materials you need to feel safe and secure (and gorgeous, but that’s a different story).
If you have any more questions, comments, or concerns related to booking a shoot in the dwindling times of Covid, please do not hesitate to reach out. The safety of our clients and community is more important to us than anything else!
