8 Reasons to Choose Felicia Reed Photography for Boudoir and Intimate Portraits in Austin

Thinking about a boudoir photoshoot in Austin, Texas, but wondering if you’re too old, too nervous, or need to change your body first?

You don’t.

Felicia Reed Photography creates luxury boudoir and intimate portrait experiences for women who want to feel confident, sensual, beautiful, and completely comfortable in front of the camera.

1. We talk about what sexy means to YOU first.
Before your photoshoot, I meet with you in person or on Zoom to get to know you, understand why you’re doing this, and talk about what sexy means to you. Is it soft and feminine? Bold and powerful? Romantic? Playful? Barely showing any skin at all? We design the experience around your version of sexy, not mine.
2. Your privacy matters.
What you see me share online is only what clients have given me permission to share. Your intimate portraits are kept confidential unless you decide to share them. You are always in control of that decision.
3. You are photographed as you are now.
Boudoir isn’t reserved for a certain age, size, or body type. You don’t have to lose weight or change yourself first.
4. You don’t need to know how to pose.
I guide you through body positioning, hands, expressions, movement, and posing from beginning to end.
5. Intimate doesn’t have to mean exposed.
Your comfort comes first. We create images based on what feels sensual, beautiful, and empowering to you.
6. Professional hair, makeup, and wardrobe guidance are included.
We’ll plan your looks together, whether that means lingerie, a bodysuit, blazer, oversized sweater, sheets, or something completely unexpected.
7. I understand what’s happening behind the camera, too.
As a Certified Mindset Coach and Master Hypnotherapist, I understand that intimate photography can bring up feelings around body image, aging, confidence, sensuality, and identity.
8. The result is about more than sexy photographs.
It’s about looking at yourself and thinking, “Wait…that’s ME.”

Especially in midlife, sensuality doesn’t have an expiration date.

You can be 40, 50, 60, or beyond and still define, embrace, and own your sexy on your terms.
